This page explains, in line with the GDPR, how you can permanently delete your Korely account and the personal data associated with it.

Where possible, these records are stored using anonymised or pseudonymous identifiers, are kept only for the time strictly necessary for the specific legal or security purpose, and are not used to provide the service to you, nor for marketing or profiling.
If you never created an account and only submitted your email to our waitlist, you can have that email and the related consent record deleted at any time by emailing privacy@korely.ai, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have, among others, the right to:
We respond to deletion and other data-subject requests without undue delay and in any case within one month of receipt, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Before requesting deletion, you can export a copy of your data from inside the app (Settings → Privacy & Data → “Export my data”), or by emailing privacy@korely.ai.
